With us, you can work in the wonderful world of gerbera cultivation all year round. Whether you are just starting out or already experienced, we are eager to welcome you to our team. When you work with us, you will be part of the gerbera process from start to finish.

What are you going to do?
You will start by picking gerberas, which are popular with customers at the auction thanks to their top quality and uniform appearance. You will work in a close-knit team that has been working for the customer for a long time, a group of people who know each other well and work together like a close-knit family. New colleagues are given thorough training and quickly feel at home.
But that's not all! After harvesting the gerberas, you will help hang and sort the flowers. In doing so, you will contribute to ensuring that everything looks neat and is ready for shipment. You may also be involved in order picking, ensuring that customers receive the correct flowers they have ordered.
What we ask
You have a good work ethic and can work well in a team.
You work accurately and quickly, because the flowers must look perfect.
You are motivated and reliable — the team can count on you.
You don't mind working in a greenhouse environment, where it can sometimes be a bit warmer.
Experience in greenhouse horticulture is an advantage, but not a requirement — we are happy to teach you the trade.
